Returns & Exchanges Policy – 7 Giaodienshield

Eligibility

Returns or exchanges for our Food & Beverages and related products may be requested under the following conditions:

• Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging included.
• Final sale items, customized items, and hygiene-sensitive products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Cancellation

• Orders may be canceled before processing begins for a full refund.
• Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Return Process

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team with your order number and proof of purchase.
2. Pack the items securely and include your receipt or packing slip.
3. Complete and attach the required Returns Form sent to you by our support team.
4. Ship the package using the same delivery carrier used for your original order unless otherwise instructed.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after returned items are received and inspected.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise stated.
